How highlighting works here
Click Highlight box, choose a color, and drag a rectangle over each passage. The highlight is drawn into the saved PDF as a transparent color layer, so it prints and displays in every reader. Highlights from this tool are freehand boxes rather than text-snapped selections — zoom in with your browser (Ctrl +) for finer control on dense pages. Need to remove a highlight? It exists only in the saved copy; your original stays clean.
