Real forms vs flat PDFs
This filler works with AcroForm fields — the interactive fields built into proper form PDFs (tax forms, applications, official templates). If your PDF is a scan or a "flat" print-style document, it has no fields to detect; the tool will tell you, and the right move is the PDF Editor, where you add text on top of the page by eye. When saving, you can tick Flatten: the filled values are baked into the pages so nobody can accidentally (or deliberately) edit them afterwards — most offices prefer flattened copies for submission, but keep an un-flattened copy if you may need to correct something.

Are my answers stored anywhere?
No. Fields are read and the new PDF is written entirely on your device.
The tool says my form has no fields.
Then it is a flat document — someone scanned a paper form or printed a form to PDF. Use the PDF Editor to type onto it.
Can I fill a form on my phone?
